the location was fantastic for accessing the women's prayer area (very important for my wife). there were plenty of shops nearby, including a shopping plaza just below the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the northern gates of the Haram. It took me maybe 2 to 3 minutes walking. I appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff. They are professional. Parvez from housekeeping was helpful.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. I want to specifically thank Mr Umar Farooq on the 7th floor. He ensured I had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent. It was near the mosque, made access easy. I was also pleased there was free parking available.

the hotel's location provided easy access to key sites it was close to popular attractions. the rooms were clean and well maintained i appreciated the housekeeping service. the staff was friendly and addressed my needs promptly i found them very helpful.

the elevators were sometimes slow there were occasional delays during peak hours. this caused some inconvenience when trying to get to and from my room i hope they improve this in the future.

the hotel offers complimentary parking to guests it is a definite plus. there is a designated smoking area located away from the main entrance this prevents disturbance to other guests. elevators are available to access all floors they operate efficiently for the most part.

breakfast is served daily in the dining area there is a variety of food items available. the coffee machine provided fresh brews it was great. seating is ample and the dining area is maintained it is a clean space.

my room included a mini fridge which was helpful. the air conditioning unit worked efficiently it kept the room cool. the bathroom had a shower it provided adequate water pressure and temperature control.
